Human-Centered AI Researcher
HCI Lab, University of Manitoba · Canada
- Conducted end-to-end UX research on explainable AI: study design, prototype development, participant recruitment, data collection, and analysis.
- Designed and ran mixed-methods user studies (n = 600+) assessing understanding, cognitive load, trust, and critique accuracy across controlled experiment conditions.
- Translated findings into design principles published at CHI, IUI, and VL/HCC; collaborated with HCI faculty and co-mentored undergraduate researchers.

- Built and maintained internal applications for accounting, procurement, and cafeteria management.
- Worked directly with administrative staff to understand workflows and translate requirements into design and technical changes.
